Born and raised in Riga, Latvia, Chef Sanita was fascinated by the happenings within the kitchen. She moved to the United States in 2003. She sought after her heart’s desire by working in top restaurants. After working and going to culinary school for four years, she realized that her true talent was working with fruit and vegetable art. She continues her journey by exercising her exquisite imagination to craft beautiful edible art, offering various options such as custom chocolate bedazzled covered strawberries and custom fruit carving.
